What format are the photos in? All Just Focus Photography photos are in JPG format.
Do you add photos on a regular basis? Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.
How long does it take for my prints to arrive after I've ordered them?
You will receive your order within 7-10 business days. Custom products like mouse pads and poster may take up to 3 weeks to deliver.
My team is not posted. Why is that?
• We are most likely still editing and uploading the photos from the event.
• It could be possible that photos were placed into the wrong gallery. Please notify us of mis-posted photos.
• We may have missed your team... We are so sorry. We try to schedule in most events - please contact us in advance if you would like us to check availability for your specific activity.
Can Just Focus Photography photograph my league or event?
Yes we can! Contact us now to book coverage of your next event. Hurry before our calendar fills up.
I don't want to order online. What should I do?
Just give us a call or send us an e-mail. We'll be happy to complete your order over the phone.
Can I pay by credit card instead of PayPal? Yes, we use paypal to accept credit card transactions as well as paypal payments. Simply choose the paypal payment option and you will be given the option to pay by credit card. You do not have to have a paypal account to pay by credit card.
Is my online purchase safe? Yes. All your payment are handle by third party' security online systems(PayPal and other payment vendors). Just Focus Photography does not store any of your credit card information on our server. Just Focus Photography will never send an email asking for any personal information or credit card numbers.

Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis. We do however always go the extra mile to insure or customers are happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with a purchase, please let us know by contacting us.
Does Just Focus Photography place any restrictions on the photographs that I purchase?
Yes. We do not allow for redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.
What is a LIGHTBOX and how does it work?
A lightbox is a way to store the images that you will find browsing Just Focus Photography and that you can e-mail to friends or that you can come back to later and view. To create a lightbox, you must first create a free account. Doing this you are NOT buying anything, and NOT subscribing to any services. it's just a reminder to let you find again the photos that you noticed during your last visit.
Can I submit photos to sell? Right now the only photos that we sell are the ones taken by Just Focus Photography and its partners. In the future we may consider this.
